  • On what basis do we prepare a repair estimate?
    When preparing the cost estimate, we use service programs designed to determine work time standards depending on the brand and model of the vehicle, power and type of engine or the ease of access to individual parts in the vehicle. The valuation of the repair is based on the prepared standards of working time, needed to perform a given service. The entire cost estimate with parts is presented to the client for approval.
  • Can I service a new car under warranty?
    Yes, Bosch Service workshops ensure comprehensiveness, professionalism and high standard services offered. The GVO regulations, which entered into force in Poland on November 1, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 38, item 329), liberalize the approach to car after-sales service and give consumers, including companies with car fleets, the right to decide where to order services not covered by the manufacturer's free warranty. This allows car owners to freely choose where to service their vehicles. This means that the inspection of the car in an unauthorized service center cannot be the reason for denying the car owner the rights arising from the warranty granted to him. This also means that non-original parts, so-called substitutes, can be installed in cars without voiding the warranty.
  • How often should the car be inspected?
    Min. 1 service a year, every 15,000-30,000 kilometers. Car owners who drive more than 30,000 km km perform inspections min. 2 times a year. The costs of more frequent service are lower than the later possible repair.
  • What does the review include?
    The 10-point inspection at Bosch Car Service Auto-Land ensures you're driving safely every day of the year, whatever the weather.   • When should tires be replaced?
    According to the manufacturers' recommendations - changing tires for winter ones should take place when the air temperature falls below 7 degrees C. The most important thing, however, is to go before the first snow or black ice. In the case of summer tires - we replace them when the air temperature ustays above 7 degrees Celsius.
